Projects

Can you add more than one project at a time?

Yes - by all means. You can add as many as you want and raise money for good causes of your choice.

What happens if my project doesn't receive any donations?

Don't give up hope - make sure you tell all your friends, maybe email them, text them on a group message or create a post on your socials.

Can you extend the project duration time after the project has started?

Yes - no problem. Simply go into your project and edit the end date.

Can I request a job that is not currently listed?

Absolutely - what a great idea! We can't remember how to do it though - we will change it soon

Can I sell my job to more than one buyer?

Yes - you can offer your job as many times as you want. How very generous of you!

Donations

Does all of my donation go to the chosen cause?

Yes - every penny you donate goes to your chosen cause. You are able to leave a tip when the job is completed and you are happy with it to help keep Pledge Panda in bamboo leaves for the forseeable future.

How do I pay for jobs?

The money you pledge, sits in a secure client account until the project is complete and then your donation is transferred to the cause.

What if the job is not completed or I am not happy with it?

Your donation will not be released until you are completely happy and the job has been completed. If you need to raise a query or dispute, contact us at hello@pledgepanda.co.uk

Support

Can I block a user?

Yes, if you encounter a user who is behaving inappropriately or making you feel uncomfortable, you can block them.

To do this, go to their profile and select the Block User option.

Once blocked, they will no longer be able to message you or interact with your posts. If the issue persists, we encourage you to report the user to our support team for further review.

Privacy & Data

Are my account details secure?

Absolutely. We take security seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect your account details. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent.

We also recommend using a strong password to protect your account.
