How do I post a job?
Choose a project you want to get involved with and post a job. We advise that you provide as much info as possible including a description of what you are offering, how much you want to be paid and when you are available plus any special requirements and considerations.
Is it safe to share my contact details with someone who takes my job?
Pledge Panda is a safe platform. For your safety and privacy, we recommend keeping all communication on the platform.
What percentage of my payment goes to charity?
All of your payment goes to your chosen good cause. You may offer a tip for a job well done which helps keep Pledge Panda in bamboo leaves.
What happens if the task is not completed as agreed?
If a job is not completed or to your satisfaction, you can report the issue through our support system. All payments are held securely until both parties are happy and confirm the job is complete.
